We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions, colors, materials, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, actual product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, manufacturing variations, lighting, and photography.
Product packaging, design, labeling, and minor specifications may also change from time to time without materially affecting the intended functionality of the product.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and update product information at any time, subject to applicable law.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your cart does not reserve the product or guarantee its availability.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or shipped.
We may need to verify information before processing an order, including billing information, shipping details, product availability, and payment authorization.
We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, to decline or cancel an order due to:

7. Shipping & Delivery
RunDept. serves customers internationally, subject to product availability, shipping restrictions, carrier availability, and applicable laws.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are generally estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, unless expressly stated otherwise.
International orders may experience delays caused by circumstances such as:

8. Shipping Address

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Where an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent, where permitted by applicable law.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly at:

If the issue is confirmed, RunDept. will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this section.
10. Returns & Refunds
RunDept. offers a 45-day return period beginning on the date of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Products generally must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition for voluntary change-of-mind returns.
Different rules may apply to defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products.
Certain products may also be subject to legitimate hygiene or safety-related return restrictions after use or opening, where permitted by law.

RunDept.'s voluntary policies operate in addition to these mandatory rights.

Customer testimonials, where displayed, represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results for every customer.
14. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes, special offers, and sales may be subject to additional conditions communicated at the time of the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional codes cannot be combined;
- Discounts have no cash value;
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases; and
- Promotions may expire or be withdrawn in accordance with their stated terms.
We reserve the right to cancel or correct promotions affected by technical errors, fraud, misuse, or obvious pricing mistakes, subject to applicable law.
